win66 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the win66 platform (the "Platform") available at win66.lat and any associated mobile or web applications, you ("the Player") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the win66 Platform. win66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and use a win66 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online casino gaming is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of win66 or any associated entity.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling at win66 or subject to a PAGCOR-mandated exclusion order.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Each player may hold only one (1) win66 account. Operating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, win66 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

win66 is obligated under PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance framework and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. By registering, you consent to win66 conducting identity verification and, where required, enhanced due diligence checks.

KYC verification requires submission of at least one of the following valid Philippine government-issued photo identification documents: Passport, Driver's License, SSS Card, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Postal ID, or Voter's ID. win66 may additionally request proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation for higher-volume accounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by win66 may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on the win66 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). win66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any foreign currency deposits will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and any associated conversion fees will be borne by the Player.

Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. win66 processes withdrawals exclusively to the same payment instrument used to make the original deposit (the "source of funds" rule), in compliance with AML obligations. win66 does not accept or process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered account holder, or anonymous payment instruments.

win66 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Philippine banking hours. win66 makes no absolute guarantee of processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances beyond win66's reasonable control.

win66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing times. Players will be notified via their registered contact details if such a hold is applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

win66 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all win66 promotions unless otherwise stated: (a) Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players with fully registered and verified win66 accounts; (b) Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn; (c) win66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion where the player has engaged in prohibited conduct or has exploited the promotion in a manner contrary to its intended purpose; (d) Players found to have used multiple accounts, VPN services, or otherwise misrepresented their eligibility to claim a promotion will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided.

6. Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

All games offered on the win66 Platform operate under rules published within each individual game interface. win66 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for electronic games, and independent live dealer studios for live casino games. Game outcomes are final once the round is closed and settled. win66 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after a game round has concluded, or placed on an event that has already been determined.

For sports betting markets, bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport at the time of settlement. win66 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results. Bets on events cancelled or abandoned without a decisive outcome will be refunded at stake.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win66 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected software error will be voided.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of game or event outcome.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the Platform for illegal financial activity.
• Use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a win66 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any correspondence with win66.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

win66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. All players have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion directly from their account settings. These tools take effect immediately upon activation. Players who permanently self-exclude from win66 will not be permitted to re-register under any circumstances.

win66 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, mandatory cooling-off periods, or enhanced responsible gaming measures on any account where there is reasonable concern about problem gambling behaviour, in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the win66 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of win66 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without win66's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, win66's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. win66 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether win66 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

win66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

win66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. win66 complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 12. Amendments to These Terms

win66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email address or Platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms available under PAGCOR's licensing framework.
