Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. win66 processes withdrawals exclusively to the same payment instrument used to make the original deposit (the "source of funds" rule), in compliance with AML obligations. win66 does not accept or process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered account holder, or anonymous payment instruments.
win66 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Philippine banking hours. win66 makes no absolute guarantee of processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances beyond win66's reasonable control.
win66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing times. Players will be notified via their registered contact details if such a hold is applied.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms available under PAGCOR's licensing framework.
